The Swan & Sparrow Scholarship is a program that was created in memory of beloved musician Leslie Richardson, who tragically passed away from COVID-19 complications earlier in the year. Over her decades of singing, she moved people across the world and acted as a true inspiration to others who came after her. This program intends to help another young musician thrive by funding $3000 towards their tuition at a historically black college or university like her alma mater, Howard.
